To set up IP filtering, send a request as a message through internet banking. In the message, specify the list of IP addresses from which you allow access to your internet banking. After the setup, access from other IP addresses will be blocked, which significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent activity. More details on the IP filtering service are available via the link.

To enable SMS confirmation, send a message through internet banking using the “SMS notification connection request” template. Please note that the confirmation code will first be sent via the Rakuten Viber app if it is installed on the phone number you provided.

To create a key for a new employee, follow these steps:

- Go to the key creation system via the provided link.

- In the “Registration” tab, select “New key”.

- At the top of the new page, select “Organisation” and enter your company’s EDRPOU code.

- Fill in the key owner’s details.

- Select the type of storage (→ File on disk) and specify where to save the key file.

- Create a strong password and give consent for the processing of personal data.

- Click “Create EDS key”.

- Save the generated document “Client’s public EDS key certificate in the iBank 2 UA system of ProCredit Bank JSC”.

- In the saved document, complete the field “Signing rights under documents” by indicating “first signature”, “second signature” or “no signing rights”.


Procedure for submitting keys to the Bank:

- Keys with first and second signatures must be submitted in the original or with a QES, with mandatory verification of the key holder.

- A key without signing rights can be sent as a message through internet banking, signed with a QES.

To extend the validity of an EDS key, follow the instruction for remote key replacement.

Payment revocation is used to cancel documents that have been sent to the Bank but are still pending or not yet executed. To revoke a payment that has not yet been processed by the Bank:

- Select the required document, open it, and click “Revoke”.

- In the dialog box, specify the reason for cancellation (by default, the reason is “voluntary revocation”).

- Click “Revoke” to confirm or “Close” to cancel the action.

After a revocation is successfully created, it is automatically signed. The document then receives the status “Revocation pending” (if not signed by all signature groups) or “Being revoked” (if signed by all groups). Once the revocation is completed, the document status changes to “Rejected”.
