These restrictions are regulated by NBU Resolution No. 18 dated February 24, 2024, “On the Operation of the Banking System During the Period of Martial Law,” as amended and supplemented.
Memorandum on transparency of the payment services market
ProCredit Bank is among the signatories of the Memorandum on transparency of the banking payment services market, introduced on the initiative of the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks.
From February 1, 2025, limits on outgoing transactions will be introduced for customers without documented income. The limits apply to card-to-card transfers and transfers using IBAN details, but do not apply to transfers between the customer's own accounts at the same bank.

If you have documents confirming the origin of funds exceeding the established limit, the bank will make transfers within the limits of your confirmed income. You can find out more about your limit or increase it by contacting the bank's call center and providing documents confirming your income.
