If your mobile phone has been stolen or lost, immediately call the Bank’s сontact сentre to block access to your internet banking and cards. Also contact your mobile operator as soon as possible to restore your financial phone number. Once the number has been restored, make sure all your cards are blocked.
If your card is lost or stolen, you should block it as soon as possible. You can do this in the mobile app: click on the card and choose “Block” in the card details.
