Most of our services are available online. However, you can always book a visit to a branch for necessary operations, including:
Account opening
Foreign currency withdrawals
Updating personal information
Obtaining original documents and statements
Submitting a digital signature key (e.g., for internet banking access)
Other services requiring an in-branch visit
Please note that customer service is not available during air raid alerts.
