Whistleblowing

«Whistleblowing» — is anonymous or confidential notification that can be done by an employee of any ProCredit entity, a business partner, or a member of the general public to inform on actions that have been committed with criminal intent, or violations of applicable law, or actions that may raise ethical, legal or regulatory concerns, including environmental and social concerns.


We encourage every ProCredit employee as well as our business partners and the general public to raise issues of concern, and speak up through the whistleblowing system.


You can report information about the bank's activities to the following departments:

AML

Regarding violations such as suspicious financial transactions, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities in the field of financial monitoring.

Compliance

Regarding actions committed with criminal intent, violations of current legislation, or actions that raise concerns for ethical or social reasons, environmental protection issues, or regulatory and legal regulation of activities.
