About the Onboarding Programme
The Onboarding Programme is a paid five-weeks training that combines learning at our Kyiv training centre and on-the-job practice with a mentor. In small groups of 10–15 participants you will explore all aspects of banking through various formats: quizzes, case studies, discussions, presentations and negotiations. The programme offers a unique opportunity to learn from colleagues across different departments, meet the Bank’s Management Board and receive regular feedback to ensure fast professional growth.

Internship requirements and conditions for students
You are a good fit if
- You are a 3rd–5th year student or a graduate (an economics major is not required)
- You have English proficiency at level B1 or higher
- You are motivated to develop in the banking sector
- You are ready to grow both your hard and soft skills
We offer
- Full-time work with a schedule from 8:45 to 17:15, or part-time work with an individual schedule of 20 hours per week
