Cash operations are now automated in Kyiv
Dear Valued Customers,
A part of the ProCredit group, ProCredit Bank always seeks to provide high-quality services and innovative solutions to its customers. All transactions can now be made either via online banking or at our 24/7 Zones. A gradual transition to non-cash banking is part of the group’s strategy.
From 8 August 2016, cash transactions denominated in Ukrainian hryvnia may only be made at the 24/7 Zones.
At the same time, we understand that withdrawing or depositing cash in amounts greater than UAH 60,000 is both time-consuming and transaction-intensive. Therefore, these transactions can be made at the cash desk of our specialised branch at 103, Peremohy Ave., Kyiv if agreed beforehand with the Bank.
Please inform us of any planned withdrawals or deposits in excess of the above threshold two banking days in advance by calling our Contact Centre on 0800500990 or +38 044 5901000.
The procedure for transactions denominated in a foreign currency remains unaffected.
