Cash operations are now automated in Odesa and Lviv

A part of the ProCredit group, ProCredit Bank always seeks to provide high-quality services and innovative solutions to its customers. All transactions can now be made either via online banking or at our 24/7 Zones. A gradual transition to non-cash banking is part of the group’s strategy.

From 11 July 2016, cash transactions denominated in Ukrainian hryvnia may only be made at the 24/7 Zones.

At the same time, we understand that withdrawing or depositing cash in amounts greater than UAH 60,000 is both time-consuming and transaction-intensive. Therefore, these transactions can be made at the cash desks of our specialised branches at 10/12 Razumovska Street, Odesa and 107 Krymska Street, Lviv if agreed beforehand with the Bank.

Please inform us of any planned withdrawals or deposits in excess of the above threshold two banking days in advance by calling our Contact Centre on 0800500990 or +38 044 5901000.

The procedure for transactions denominated in a foreign currency remains unaffected.
