Changes in the Management Board of JSC «ProCredit Bank»

The Supervisory Board of JSC «ProCredit Bank» has approved changes in the Management Board of the bank. From 1 July 2024, it will include four members:

Oleksandr Povshedniy – Acting Chairman of the Management Board, responsible for business, finance and administration. He has been working at ProCredit Bank for 21 years and has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board since 2012. Oleksandr will serve as Acting Chairman of the Board until the NBU officially approves his candidacy.

Hanna Savenya – Member of the Management Board, responsible for business client development. Work experience at ProCredit Bank – 21 years, since October 2002.

Ruben Oganyan – Member of the Management Board, responsible for operations support. Work experience at ProCredit Bank – 17 years, since August 2006.

Olena Kolvastr-Kuleshova – Member of the Management Board, Acting CRO and responsible for information security (CISO). Work experience at ProCredit Bank – 18 years, since April 2002. Olena will serve as Acting CRO until the NBU officially approves her candidacy.

Viсtor Ponomarenko will continue his professional development as Chairman of the Board of JSC «Ukreximbank».
