ProCredit Bank has signed the Memorandum on Ensuring the Transparency of the Payment Services Market
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that starting from February 1, 2025, limits on outgoing transactions will be introduced for customers who do not have documented proof of income. These limits will apply to card-to-card transfers and IBAN-based transactions as follows:
- From February 1, 2025 — up to UAH 50,000 per month for high-risk customers
For medium- and low-risk customers:
- From February 1, 2025 — up to UAH 150,000 per month
- From June 1, 2025 — up to UAH 100,000 per month
Please note: These limits will not apply to transfers between your own accounts within the same bank.
If you provide documents verifying the source of funds that exceed the established limit, the bank will process transactions within the confirmed income amount.
To learn more about your transaction limit or to request an increase, please contact our customer service centre and provide the necessary income documentation.
These changes align with the principles outlined in the Memorandum on Ensuring the Transparency of the Payment Services Market, signed on December 17, 2024, at the National Bank of Ukraine.
This Memorandum:
- Seeks to enhance interactions between banks and individuals, sole proprietors, and groups of affiliated companies
- Introduces unified standards for transaction monitoring and verification to prevent fraud and reduce the shadow economy
- Promotes alignment with European practices and EU regulatory requirements
This proactive initiative by the banking sector aims to prevent fraudsters from exploiting payment cards and infrastructure, enhance customer protection, and build trust in the banking system.
ProCredit Bank is committed to supporting the principles of this Memorandum and remains dedicated to improving the transparency, security, and reliability of payment services for our customers.
Kind regards, Your ProCredit Bank Team
