ProCredit Bank holds “Spring Mood” children’s drawing contest
In the run up to spring, ProCredit Bank has held the "Spring Mood” children’s drawing contest among young people between 3-14 years of age. The contest featured 140 drawings by children from three age groups: 3-5 year-olds, 6-10 year-olds and 11-14 year-olds. Based on the scores awarded by the jury, made up of ProCredit Bank staff, 4½- year-old Anastasia Korotya from Dnepropetrovsk, 8-year-old Maria Antonenko from Kiev and 12-year-old Anna Pahmutova from Zaporozhye became the contest winners. In choosing the winning drawings, the jury considered both the creative character and the quality of the drawings.
To celebrate the International Women’s Day, on the 8th of March every woman who visited ProCredit Bank was given a set of cards featuring the winning drawings from the "Spring Mood” contest as a gift. All drawings by children contestants are available on ProCredit Bank’s website.
Participation in the “Spring Mood” can be viewed as a rewarding experience in the development of a child''s personality. Young artists approached the contests this year with a stunning display of creativity and self-expression.
The children’s drawing contest was arranged within the framework of ProCredit Art Project – a social initiative aimed at supporting artists in Ukraine and popularising the arts. The project gained popularity amongst both bank staff and clients, who can now view their favourite artists’ galleries on the bank’s website.
We would like to thank all of the contestants for their wonderful drawings and the festive spring mood!
