ProCredit Bank increases its share capital by UAH 428 million

At the ProCredit Bank shareholders’ meeting on 27 April 2016, the decision was made to increase the share capital by UAH 428,372,000 with the issuance of additional registered ordinary shares. The total capital now stands at UAH 847,636,000.

Currently, ProCredit Bank is actively developing its services and finance facilities for business clients in Ukraine and is staying firmly focused on the development of its dynamic and high-quality business loan portfolio. This strengthening of the share capital and a significant increase in the number of business clients in 2015 create a solid foundation for further growth at ProCredit Bank.

Strong backing from the bank’s shareholders, its membership in the international ProCredit group and the fact that it is supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) are factors which guarantee ProCredit Bank’s stability and reliability. The decision to increase the share capital confirms the support of the Bank’s shareholders and their intention to continue investing in the development of lending to small and medium enterprises and agricultural producers in Ukraine.
