ProCredit Bank is recruiting for its 5th Young Bankers Programme

ProCredit Bank is seeking participants for its 5th Young Bankers Programme. This programme, which provides training to motivated young people who are willing to learn about responsible banking, will start on 8 October 2012.

The Young Bankers Programme is a six-month training programme. The programme participants will study the characteristics of Ukraine''s banking sector, focusing on relationships with small and medium businesses, and learn about the principles and corporate values of ProCredit Bank. By completing the programme successfully, participants are eligible to become employees of ProCredit Bank.

“Since the introduction of the programme we’ve managed to train two groups of young bankers, and 36 of the 38 programme participants now work at the bank. Two more groups are now continuing their studies, so another 47 young people will have a chance to become ProCredit employees when they complete the programme”, explains Yuliia Vasylieva, Head of the Personnel Selection Unit. “We would like to see applications from both recent graduates and people who have already gained some experience in another field and then decided to focus on banking”, she adds.

The applicant’s personal qualities are just as important for us as their professional skills: we are seeking highly committed, knowledgeable, dynamic and responsible team players. Participants must also be flexible, in particular as they may, upon successful completion of the programme, be offered a position in any region in Ukraine where ProCredit operates.

CVs and Letters of Motivation must be received no later than 3 October 2012. You can find detailed information about candidate requirements and the programme details at: http://www.procreditbank.com.ua/careers/young-bankers-programme/.
