ProCredit Bank now Accepting Applications for Participation in Group 3 of the Young Bankers Programme

ProCredit Bank is now accepting applications to join Group 3 of the Young Bankers Programme starting on 16 April 2012. Applicants from all over Ukraine are invited to participate in the Programme, the main objective of which is to recruit talented and motivated employees who want to develop professionally.

The Programme provides training in both theoretical and practical aspects that are relevant to the financial sector, as well as on-the-job training in the branches of the bank. Representatives from all departments and management of the bank are involved in designing and teaching the course of study.

Future participants, who will receive six months banking training with ProCredit Bank, will be selected on a competitive basis from 5 – 10 March. During the training programme, participants will receive a monthly stipend of 2,000 hryvnias.

Applicants of any age, with any experience, who have completed a course of higher education and have at least an upper-Intermediate level of English are eligible to participate. The bank also covers part of the cost of living in Kiev for non-resident participants during the six months of the programme.
