Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about changes in the terms and conditions for services to private customers, which will come into effect on 1 June 2017.

Under the new conditions, all private customers will be offered the following basic services:

a current (card) account in UAH a VISA payment card a FlexSave savings account e-banking and SMS-notification If private customers wish to make transactions in foreign currency (EUR or USD) the Bank will open a current (card) account in the respective foreign currency and issue a payment card attached to it.

Having these basic set of services and, if necessary, a current (card) account and a card in foreign currency, will allow our private customers to use the full range of services provided by ProCredit Bank, including payments, deposits, cash transactions, etc.

In addition, with effect from June 2017, a monthly account maintenance fee of UAH 100 will be charged. If you have a (card) account in a foreign currency (EUR or USD), a further monthly maintenance fee of UAH 50 will be charged. It should be noted that other changes in the fee schedule for private customers mean that no individual fees will be charged for performing the most common transactions, such as making payments in local currency, transferring funds to current (card) accounts, SMS-notifications, withdrawing and depositing cash via the banking devices in our 24/7 Zones and at cash desks of ProCredit Bank.

Therefore, we continue to take steps to improve the efficiency and quality of our services to customers. We believe that simplicity and transparency of our services and fee structure also make our bank economically attractive.

However, if the changes are unacceptable to you, please contact ProCredit Bank by 30 June 2017 and our client advisers will help you formalise the closure of your accounts as well as arrange for early repayment of your deposits without any loss of accrued interest.
