Victor Ponomarenko appointed as the General Manager of ProCredit Bank

As decided at the Supervisory Board meeting held on 29 June 2012, Victor Ponomarenko has been appointed as the General Manager of ProCredit Bank in Ukraine. On 3 August 2012, Mr. Ponomarenko’s appointment was approved by the National Bank of Ukraine.  Mr. Ponomarenko replaced Dr. Philipp Pott as the General Manager, who in turn will join the Supervisory Board and continue taking an active part in the development of ProCredit Bank in Ukraine.

Victor Ponomarenko joined ProCredit Bank in March 2004. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Ponomarenko served as the Deputy General Manager.
