What you need

The latest version of the Diia app and an activated qualified electronic signature of CEO or authorised person

Physical documents (ID Card / foreign biometric passport) that have been added to the Diia app

A room with sufficient lighting and a stable internet connection, with no third parties present and no unnecessary background noise

Phone number of a Ukrainian operator

How it works

You need two devices for the video verification process:

  • A smartphone with your phone number of a Ukrainian operator and an installed Diia app
  • A laptop/PC, tablet or smartphone with a camera for a video call

Make sure that the camera of your device has sufficient resolution to enable photo capture of your documents during the video call

Install the Microsoft Teams App

If your second device is a tablet or smartphone, download the free Microsoft Teams application from Google Play or the App Store and log in.

For a laptop/PC, installing the application is optional

You can open an individual entrepreneur account remotely if you have biometric documents available in the Diia app, such as an ID card or a biometric international passport. To open an account online:

- Submit a request here;

- Wait for a call from a manager to confirm that you'd like to sign the documents remotely;

- Complete a video verification. You can find detailed instructions on the process here.
