About the programme
The Energy Security Support Facility (ESSF) from the EBRD, supported by the EU and other donors, covers up to 80% of credit risks and offers businesses favourable financing for projects aimed at improving energy efficiency, developing energy generation and storage, and modernising equipment, with the option to receive technical assistance and up to 30% cashback.
