About the programme
The programme is aimed at stimulating the development of Ukrainian manufacturing, attracting investment, and enhancing economic activity. Within the framework of the programme, purchasers of machinery and electrical equipment produced in Ukraine may receive compensation amounting to 15% of their value. Agricultural producers are eligible to obtain compensation of up to 40% of the cost of machinery and equipment manufactured in Ukraine.

A 40% compensation is granted to agricultural producers who:
- are registered in areas of potential or active hostilities (in accordance with the list approved by the Ministry for Development);
- own and/or use land plots, at least 80% of which are located in those areas.
Restrictions
At least 75% of the producer’s total sales over the last 12 reporting tax periods must consist of agricultural goods or services.
Agricultural producers must be registered in the State Agrarian Register (SAR).
