To purchase or transfer foreign currency, you need to submit the following set of documents to the Bank (scanned copies of original paper documents), prepared in accordance with legal requirements:

- A primary document (contract/agreement or invoice if no contract is issued);

- All supporting documents (additional agreements, invoices, specifications, acts, appendices, etc.);

- Information about the manufacturer (name) and the country of origin of the goods;

- The four-digit commodity code under the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKTZED) for which a prepayment is made;

- A foreign currency purchase application;

- A payment instruction.

On the day of currency purchase, you must also submit a certificate using the Bank’s standard template confirming balances on foreign currency accounts.

All documents must be sent via internet banking system with the subject “CURRENCY.” The message must include a description listing the names, numbers and dates of the submitted documents.

Transactions will be processed after the Bank reviews the documents and any comments are addressed in accordance with the operational regulations.
