How it works

You need two devices for the video verification process:


  • A smartphone with your phone number of a Ukrainian operator and an installed Diia app
  • A laptop/PC, tablet or smartphone with a camera for a video call

Make sure that the camera of your device has sufficient resolution to enable photo capture of your documents during the video call

Install the Microsoft Teams App

If your second device is a tablet or smartphone, download the free Microsoft Teams application from Google Play or the App Store and log in.

For a laptop/PC, installing the application is optional

To open an additional account, you need to send a request letter via the internet banking system in any format specifying the currency in which you want to open the account. In response, you will receive an application and an agreement that must be signed by the director’s qualified electronic signature (QES) and sent back to the Bank via internet banking on the same day.

The account opening process takes from 1 to 3 business days after submitting the application, depending on the completeness and timeliness of the documents you provide. After submitting the application on the Bank’s website, a responsible specialist will contact you to agree on the date and time of the meeting.

To change the account manager, provide the Bank with:

- An updated list of account managers;

- Documents confirming the authority of the new manager (protocol, resolution, appointment order, power of attorney);

- Report on the registration of the electronic signature key;

- Copies of the new manager’s passport and tax number.

Identification and verification of the new account manager can be done either at the Bank branch or via remote verification. Remote verification is available provided the account manager has Diia and an ID card, or biometric passport, and the company has the director’s QES.
