How to get a corporate card
1. Make sure you have an active account
If you don't have an account yet: fill out the application form to open an account and sign the relevant documents (online using a qualified electronic signature or at a branch)
2. Send a message via internet banking
Submit a request via internet banking to issue a corporate card linked to your current account. Please specify in the request:
- Account currency
- Full name of a card holder in Ukrainian and English
- Phone number
- Security word
- Delivery details (Nova Poshta branch or ProCredit Bank branch)
3. Receive the card
A corporate card can be received by:
- The company director — at a Nova Poshta branch or the Bank's branch
- Other cardholders — at the Bank's branch or at a Nova Poshta branch after identification

To activate your card and receive your PIN, send an SMS to 3454 (or to +380931777747 if you are abroad). The message should contain the last four digits of your card number. You must send the message from the phone number registered to your card. We recommend changing the received PIN at an ATM.
To change the default transaction limits set by the Bank, the cardholder can set custom limits by calling our customer support at +380 44 590 10 00, 0 800 50 09 90, or via Rakuten Viber at *0990.
In the event of loss, theft or compromise of a corporate card, it must be blocked immediately. You can do this by calling our customer support at +380 44 590 10 00, 0 800 50 09 90, or via Rakuten Viber at *0990.
The foreign currency corporate card is intended for company payments abroad or in foreign currency. With the card, you can:
- Pay for goods and services at shops, restaurants, hotels, online services, etc.;
- Withdraw cash from ATMs or bank branches in the card currency or in local currency;
- Cover business travel expenses (hotel bookings, ticket purchases, car rentals, etc.);
- Make payments online (subscriptions, software, advertising services, online tools).
