A few days before your EDS key expires, you will receive a notification. Click on the notification or your company name and select the “Replace EDS key remotely” option. A detailed guide is available via the link.
You need to reach out to the Bank’s contact centre to temporarily extend the key and replace it remotely with a new one.
You can enter your password up to five times. After that, access to internet banking will be blocked. To unblock the system, contact the contact centre. To restore access, you need to create a new key.

Send a message through internet banking using the “SMS notification connection request” template. Please note that only one phone number can be linked to a single key.
If you have a key with 0 and 1 signatures, specify in your request which number belongs to which signature group.
