— The current account is opened for the Client as part of the basic set of services stipulated in the General Agreement on the Provision of Banking Services to Individuals in JSC “ProCredit Bank” (hereinafter — the General Agreement).
— In the event that the Client fails to pay for the services of the Bank, the Bank charges a penalty of 0.25% of the overdue amount; this penalty amount shall not be less than double the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine effective in the period for which the penalty is paid, as applied to the overdue amount.
— In the event of unauthorised debt on the current account because of an overdraft on the Client’s bank payment card, the Bank charges a penalty amounting to double the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine effective during the period for which the penalty is paid.
— The Client may suffer losses in the event of Client non-compliance with the rules of safe use of the bank payment card and/or the associated PIN code, or of the electronic banking system or mobile application.
— The Bank has the right to suspend the provision of service and/or services in general under the General Agreement, in full or in part, in the event that the Client fails to conclude payment for previously provided service(s) of the Bank within a period of more than two calendar months. In this case, the Client’s savings/current accounts shall be closed, with the Bank sending relevant SMS notification to the Client 14 days before such closing.

To receive free maintenance under the Infinite service plan, you need to meet one of the following conditions:
- Card payments in UAH, USD, EUR totalling at least UAH 50,000 in retail or service outlets during the previous month;
- A daily balance of at least UAH 500,000 (or equivalent in USD or EUR) on current and savings accounts (excluding time deposits) throughout the calendar month.
Card-to-card transfers are subject to a fee of 0.5% + UAH 5 per transfer. Transfers in UAH to an IBAN account number are free of charge.
Infinite clients have access to premium services from the Visa payment system, including:
- Fast Track at airports (priority security screening);
- Free access to business lounges;
- Travel insurance;
- Concierge service;
- Other premium services.

For clients on the Infinite service plan:
- Cash withdrawals of up to UAH 500,000 per calendar month at any ATM in Ukraine are free of charge;
- A 1% fee applies to any amount withdrawn over the monthly limit;
- A 1% fee applies to all cash withdrawals at the bank’s cash desks, regardless of the amount.
Additionally, you can withdraw cash free of charge when making a purchase at supermarkets, pharmacies or gas stations (within the limit set by the merchant).
