Guarantees and benefits for clients
— The current account is opened for the Client as part of the basic set of services stipulated in the General Agreement on the Provision of Banking Services to Individuals in JSC “ProCredit Bank” (hereinafter — the General Agreement).
— In the event that the Client fails to pay for the services of the Bank, the Bank charges a penalty of 0.25 % of the overdue amount; this penalty amount shall not be less than double the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine effective in the period for which the penalty is paid, as applied to the overdue amount.
— In the event of unauthorised debt on the current account because of an overdraft on the Client’s bank payment card, the Bank charges a penalty amounting to double the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine effective during the period for which the penalty is paid.
— The Client may suffer losses in the event of Client non-compliance with the rules of safe use of the bank payment card and/or the associated PIN code, or of the electronic banking system or mobile application.
— The Bank has the right to suspend the provision of service and/or services in general under the General Agreement, in full or in part, in the event that the Client fails to conclude payment for previously provided service(s) of the Bank within a period of more than two calendar months. In this case, the Client’s savings/current accounts shall be closed, with the Bank sending relevant SMS notification to the Client 14 days before such closing.
— The Bank may not demand that the Client purchase any goods or services from the Bank, or from its related or affiliated parties, as a mandatory condition for provision of these services.
— The Bank does not have the right to make unilateral amendments to the agreements with clients, except as otherwise provided for by the General Agreement or the laws of Ukraine.
— The client may object to receiving advertising materials through remote communication channels here.
— Following the termination of the agreement on the provision of banking services, including in connection with the expiration, termination or execution of the agreement, the client has the right to contact the bank with a request for information (certificate) regarding the fulfillment by the parties of their obligations established by the agreement, including information on the absence of debt and complete fulfillment of the client's obligations under the contract, which the bank provides in the form of a paper or electronic document (in accordance with the client's preferences) within five working days from the day the bank receives the request.

Maintenance of the Classic package is free.
To qualify for free account maintenance of the Platinum or Infinite plans, meet one of the following conditions within a month:
- Card payments at retail points for a specified amount;
- Maintaining a minimum daily balance on your accounts.
The required amounts depend on your service plan. For full details, please see the full fee schedule.
The key differences between service plans include:
- No-fee cash withdrawal limits;
- Fees for card-to-card transfers;
- Premium services from VISA;
- Access to a personal manager;
- Conditions for free maintenance.
To change your service plan, you can:
- Submit a request in the old version of our mobile app by going to “More” → “Service plan” → “Other plans” → “Switch to Classic / Platinum / Infinite”;
- Send a request via internet banking;
- Contact customer support at 0 800 50 09 90, +380 44 590 10 00, or via the Rakuten Viber app at *0990.
Diia is mandatory for remote account opening. If you don’t have the app, you can open an account by visiting a Bank branch.
To open an account via the mobile app, you need to:
- Download the ProCredit Bank Ukraine app;
- Have the Diia app with an ID card or biometric passport;
- Have Diia.Signature.

Detailed information is available on the account opening page. After opening the account, you can provide your employer with your account details and use the payroll card.
Cash withdrawal limits comply with current NBU regulations. You can withdraw up to the equivalent of UAH 100,000 per day from your account. From ProCredit Bank ATMs, the monthly withdrawal limit is UAH 500,000. You can learn more about NBU limits here.
